for the provision of graphic material generation services

Eduard Sergeevich Tumantsev (self-employed, Taxpayer ID (INN) 772096218965), hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, addresses this public offer to any person (“Customer”) who accepts its terms.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Contractor provides automatic logo generation services for game servers using neural network technology via the service on the upnova.ru website.

2. Price and Payment Procedure

2.1. The price of the service is indicated on the logo generator page.

2.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles via the YooKassa payment service prior to the provision of the service.

2.3. Payment for the service constitutes acceptance of this offer.

3. Service Delivery Procedure

3.1. Upon successful payment, logo generation is performed automatically.

3.2. The result (logo file) is made available for download in the browser immediately after generation is complete.

3.3. The service is deemed provided at the moment the download link for the completed file is made available.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the parameters selected by the Customer.

4.2. The Customer may use the resulting logo in their projects without restriction.

4.3. The Contractor is not liable for any discrepancy between the result and the Customer’s subjective expectations, since generation is performed by neural network algorithms.

4.4. The Contractor is not liable for temporary unavailability of the service due to reasons beyond its control (technical maintenance, third-party failures).

5. Refunds

5.1. Due to the instant and automatic nature of the service, no refund is issued once the result has been provided.

5.2. In the event of a technical error (generation did not complete, result was not provided), the Customer may contact chaobambino123@gmail.com to resolve the situation.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The Contractor processes only the Customer’s IP address for the purpose of preventing abuse. No other personal data is collected.

6.2. The terms of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
